Kimberly Barnes

Kimberly Setliff Barnes currently serves as Chief of Staff at Antenna Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Senior Vice President for Staff Development at Bospar from August 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included designing people-focused strategies, executing change management initiatives, and overseeing professional development programs. Kimberly has also worked as a Communications and Marketing Consultant at Bradford Jean from 2019 to 2021, providing advisory services to clients in the energy and climate tech sectors. Previous experience includes nearly a decade at Antenna in various leadership roles focused on employee communications and crisis management for the cleantech industry. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs Journalism and Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University.
