Katrina Byrne

Katrina Byrne has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katrina is currently the Chief Operating Officer at AnteoTech, where they joined in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Programs at AnteoTech from July 2022 to October 2022. From September 2019 to July 2022, Katrina worked at Airbus as a Program Manager.

In their earlier career, Katrina held positions at prominent companies such as Boeing and CAE. At Boeing, they served as the Operations Manager - Phantom Works International from April 2016 to September 2019, and as the Supplier Program Manager from October 2014 to April 2016. At CAE, they worked as a Subcontract Manager from August 2010 to March 2014.

Katrina also has experience working in the mining industry, having worked as a Business Improvement Specialist at Rio Tinto Iron Ore from November 2006 to July 2008. Additionally, they gained valuable skills in management and new product introduction during their tenure at Sanmina-SCI, where they held roles as a Business Manager from 2005 to 2006 and as a Manager - New Product Introduction (NPI) from 2002 to 2005.

Earlier in their career, Katrina worked as a Production Engineer at Australian Arrow/Yazaki from 1998 to 2002. Katrina began their professional journey as a Development & Commissioning Engineer at Rio Tinto from 1994 to 1997.

Throughout their career, Katrina has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, program management, subcontract management, and business improvement.

Katrina Byrne obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing and Materials from The University of Queensland, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Later, they pursued an MBA (Exec) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, graduating between 2005 and 2008. In 2009, they attended McGill University and received a Certificate of Proficiency in French - Language and Culture.
