Juan Almer

Juan Almer is currently the AVP of Customer Experience at Anteraja, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this, Juan served as the Head of Customer Care at DANA Indonesia from October 2017 to July 2021. Juan's experience also includes roles as Senior Manager of Customer Service & Experience and Customer Service Manager at elevenia, where responsibilities focused on enhancing customer satisfaction in the online shopping space. Earlier career positions include Contact Center Manager and IT Specialist at PT VADS Indonesia, as well as CRO Premium Service at PT. XL Axiata Tbk. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitas Mercubuana and a Diploma III in Perbankan Keuangan from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.
