Max Fainberg has a wealth of experience in strategy and government affairs. Max began their career in 1996 as the Director of Spectrum Acquisition at Sprint Nextel, where they were responsible for acquiring spectrum on behalf of the company. Max also served as the Director of Business Development, where they developed partnership strategies for public sector customers. In 2004, they took on the role of Director of Government Affairs at Sprint Nextel.
In 2007, Max joined Clearwire as the Director of Spectrum Acquisition, where they negotiated and acquired spectrum for the company. Max then moved on to MAC Radio, LLC in 2009, where they worked as the Principal. Later that year, they joined the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) as a Senior Communications Program Specialist and Federal Program Officer. Max held this position until 2014.
In 2014, Max joined pdvWIRELESS as the Director of Strategy and Government Affairs. Max then moved on to Anterix, where they continued in the same role. Throughout their career, Max has demonstrated their expertise in strategy and government affairs, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
Max Fainberg completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1984 to 1988. Max then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1994 to 1996.
