Mindy Smith

Mindy Smith is a seasoned project manager and planner with extensive experience in inventory management, procurement, and environmental health. Currently employed at Antero Group since January 2022, past roles include a significant tenure at Whole Foods Market as a Specialty Perishable Buyer, where a 22% sales increase was achieved through effective inventory controls and merchandising strategies. Mindy has also gained valuable insights through internships, including work with the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, focusing on environmental assessments, and research at Northeastern Illinois University on circadian rhythms. Mindy holds a Master’s of Science degree in Environmental Science from DePaul University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Geology/Earth Science and Theology from Northeastern Illinois University and North Park University, respectively.
