Gary Thornberry

Gary Thornberry is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Security at Antero Resources since April 2018. In this role, Gary plans and directs all security functions across multiple states, focusing on the protection of intellectual property, personnel, and facilities from various threats. Previously, Gary held the position of Director of Corporate Security at Continental Resources, overseeing the corporate security department and managing emergency response and investigations. Gary also developed the corporate security program as a Corporate Security Manager at Continental Resources. With a background that includes serving as a Task Force Officer with the FBI/Joint Terrorism Task Force, where Gary conducted investigations into national security threats, and extensive experience in various roles with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge in security operations and risk management.
