Andrew Plant

Andrew Plant is currently an advisor at Anterra Capital. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Scientific Officer at Animol Discovery, Inc. from May 2021 to February 2022. Andrew also served as the Chief Technology Officer at AgriMetis LLC from July 2019 to February 2021 and as the Director of Drug Discovery at MSD Animal Health Innovation from April 2018 to June 2019. From January 2014 to July 2017, they were the Head of Lawn & Garden Research & Development at Syngenta. In this role, they led a global R&D organization providing innovative products and solutions to deliver Syngenta's Lawn & Garden business goals. Andrew also served on Syngenta's Global R&D Leadership Team and was a sponsor of Syngenta's Science & Technology Career Ladder.
