Ed Nordholm

Ed Nordholm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ed is currently the Chief Corporate Officer at Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp., a position they have held since August 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at the same company from September 2016 to August 2019.

In addition, Nordholm has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Ed was the President of Anthem Wrestling Exhibitions, LLC (Impact Wrestling) from January 2017 onwards. Before that, they served as the President of Liberty Street Capital Corp. starting from May 2012.

Nordholm also has experience in strategic advisory services. Ed formed Black Tusk Advisors Inc. in 2006, where they provided advisory services to entities acquiring financially distressed assets and financing the acquisition of these businesses. Ed held the position of President at Black Tusk Advisors from January 2006 to May 2012.

Prior to their work at Black Tusk Advisors, Nordholm was the Senior Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management Inc. from September 2003 to December 2005. During this time, they co-led the Tricap Restructuring Fund, overseeing deal origination, transaction execution, and investments in companies such as Stelco Inc.

Nordholm started their career as a Partner at Torys LLP, where they worked from 1998 to 2003.

Ed Nordholm obtained their LLB degree in Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, where they studied from 1980 to 1983.
