Shannon Gunter is the company's customer support supervisor. She has spent many years in the customer service industry. Prior to working for the company she worked for Sitel for five years during which she handled customer service issues for banking and telecommunications clients. Shannon has also spent time working for Diversified Systems Resources where she provided provisioning and technical assistance to various clientele. She attended Arizona State University completing concurrent degrees in American History and Political Science.
