Paul Aubert

Paul Aubert is currently the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at HeraSoft. Paul also serves as the Director at Bio-Path Holdings and is the Owner/Attorney at Paul Aubert PLLC. Prior to these roles, Paul was the General Counsel at Pernix Therapeutics and a Shareholder at Winstead PC. Paul has a strong background in corporate and securities law, having worked at firms such as Andrews Kurth Kenyon, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Jones Walker LLP. Paul holds a JD from Tulane University Law School and an MBA from Tulane University. Paul also has a BA in History from Louisiana State University.
