Ellen Upton

Ellen Upton is currently the Client Growth Director for Climate and Nature UK at Anthesis, where they also serve as an Associate Director as part of the UK Senior Management Team. With 11 years of experience in sustainability, Ellen specializes in carbon management strategy and analysis across various sectors, including aviation and finance. Since joining Anthesis in 2015, they have worked with clients such as The Lego Group and IKEA, focusing on improving carbon impact reporting and target setting. Previously, Ellen held positions at RSK Group plc and WSP, where they led the Airport Carbon Accreditation program. Ellen holds a BSc (Hons) in Combined Sciences from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Carbon Management from the University of Glasgow.
