In June 2016, Richard was promoted to Principal Consultant at Anthesis Group. In this role, they continued to provide consulting services to clients while also taking on additional responsibilities for business development and business management.

In August 2017, Richard was promoted to Global Digital Director at Anthesis. In this role, they are responsible for leading the digital transformation of the company and driving growth through digital channels.

Richard Peagam has a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Surrey, an MSc in Ecology, Evolution and Conservation from Imperial College London, and a BSc (Hons) in Zoology with Marine Zoology from the University of Wales, Bangor.
