Richard Peagam

Richard Peagam has over 10 years of experience working in corporate sustainability, with a focus on waste management and producer responsibility initiatives. Richard currently serves as the Global Digital Director at Anthesis, a role they have held since August 2017.

Richard first began their career in sustainability at LRS Consultancy, where they worked for over a year as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they advised large and small clients from various sectors on topics such as producer responsibility, supply chains, resource efficiency, and the waste and recycling industry.

In February 2015, Richard joined Anthesis Group as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for technical delivery, business development, and business management. Richard also worked with a diverse range of clients on topics such as producer responsibility and compliance, sustainable supply chain management, resource efficiency, and waste management.

In June 2016, Richard was promoted to Principal Consultant at Anthesis Group. In this role, they continued to provide consulting services to clients while also taking on additional responsibilities for business development and business management.

In August 2017, Richard was promoted to Global Digital Director at Anthesis. In this role, they are responsible for leading the digital transformation of the company and driving growth through digital channels.

Richard Peagam has a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Surrey, an MSc in Ecology, Evolution and Conservation from Imperial College London, and a BSc (Hons) in Zoology with Marine Zoology from the University of Wales, Bangor.
