Cristina Gipponi has over three decades of professional experience, primarily in operations and human resources management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Principal and Head of Operations & HR at Anthilia SGR since February 2008, Cristina oversees daily operational activities, manages a team, and acts as the administrative contact for retail and institutional clients, ensuring proper contract documentation and periodic reporting. Previous roles include Middle/Back Office Specialist, where oversight of client portfolios and execution of financial operations was key, and Office Manager, focused on startup operations and supplier relations. Prior experience at ElsagDatamat involved commercial order processing and contract management, while early career at Italfarmaco included procurement support and supplier negotiations. Cristina holds a degree in Business Correspondence in Foreign Languages from Istituto Margareth Mead.
