Greg Yengo

Greg Yengo is an experienced culinary services professional with a substantial background in dining management within the senior living sector. Currently serving as the National Director of Culinary Services at Anthology Senior Living since February 2021, Greg has also operated Greg Yengo Consulting since July 2019. Prior roles include National Director of Dining Services at Century Park Associates from January 2016 to July 2019 and Regional Director of Dining Services at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC from April 2011 to January 2016. Greg Yengo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Michigan State University, where Greg studied from 1982 to 1987.
