Michael Giglio

Michael Giglio, MBA has extensive experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the senior living industry. Most recently, they worked as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Anthology Senior Living. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Living Sales Specialist at Brookdale.

From 2020 to 2022, Michael held the role of Director of Sales at Radiant Senior Living, where they supported 17 senior living communities and oversaw all sales-related efforts. Michael played a vital role in establishing a culture of professionalism and fun within the sales team.

Before their time at Radiant Senior Living, Michael worked at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. from 2011 to 2020, holding various roles including National Sales Specialist, Regional Director of Sales, and Area Director of Sales. In these positions, they mentored and coached sales personnel, diagnosed and solved issues to increase occupancy, developed sales and outreach plans, and ensured marketing efforts drove traffic to the communities.

Michael's earlier experience includes serving as the Community Relations Director at Garden Plaza Senior Living and as the Director of Sales and Marketing at MorningStar Senior Living. Before entering the senior living industry, they worked as a Sales Team Leader and Recruiter at BlueLinx Corporation and as a TV News Anchor/Reporter at KRDO-TV News 13.

Michael's career began at Wal-Mart, where they held the position of Support Team Manager and was responsible for scheduling associates, handling customer relations, and supervising sales associates.

Michael Giglio, MBA, received their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Public Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Colorado State University Pueblo. Michael specialized in Television News Writing and Broadcasting during their undergraduate studies, which took place from 1988 to 1993.
