Eric Wellnitz

Vice President, Engineering / Chief Architect at Anthology

Eric Wellnitz has extensive work experience in various technical and leadership roles. Eric started their career at Red River Solutions, where they served as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead. In this role, they led a team of developers and business analysts, developed middle-tier logic components, and created web-based user interfaces.

Eric then joined SolArc, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and developed commodity trading and risk management modules. Eric also introduced source and build management tools, emphasizing continuous delivery and DevOps. Over time, they took on different roles within SolArc, including Integration Architect, Technical Architect, and Chief Architect.

After SolArc, Eric joined Openlink Financial as the Director of Product Architecture/Chief Architect. Here, they led a team responsible for designing and developing commodity trading and risk management solutions. Eric played a pivotal role in defining the company's technology roadmap.

In 2013, Eric joined Campus Management Corp. as the Vice President of Engineering/Chief Architect. Eric held this position until 2020.

Most recently, Eric is working at Anthology Inc. as the Vice President of Engineering/Chief Architect.

Eric Wellnitz graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University in 2002. Eric has also obtained several certifications, including Serverless Architecture, Azure Spark Databricks Essential Training, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Critical Thinking, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
