Tasha Fitzgerald

Tasha Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional in critical situation management and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Critical Situation Manager at Anthology Inc. Since July 2021, Tasha has excelled in mentoring client-facing stakeholders, managing escalated client situations, and delivering resolutions while communicating effectively with all levels of stakeholders. Previously, Tasha held various roles at Campus Management Corp., including Senior Solutions Architect and Senior Manager of Global Support, where responsibilities included system implementation, customer issue resolution, and process analysis. Tasha began a career in 1999 as a Business Analyst at Technion Communications Corp. and has developed a comprehensive skill set in relationship management, problem-solving, and operational improvements across multiple industries.
