Samantha Durling

Samantha Durling is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in data protection and governance. Currently serving as a Board Trustee at North London Hospice since October 2023, Samantha has held the role of Director of Legal & Governance and Company Secretary at Anthony Nolan since March 2020, where responsibilities also include serving as Data Protection Officer. Prior experience includes positions such as Legal Counsel for Data Protection and Privacy at The Football Association and Data Protection Officer at Anthony Nolan, along with solicitor roles at Breast Cancer Now and the BBC. Samantha began a legal career at Simmons & Simmons as a Trainee Solicitor and has advanced through various legal positions since earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Manchester in 1998. Additional qualifications include completion of a GDPR Course from Act Now Training Ltd in 2017.
