Mila McLaughlin

Mila McLaughlin is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Southeast HR People Partner at Anthony & Sylvan Pools since August 2022. In this role, Mila collaborates with various levels of the organization to deliver strategic HR solutions and support, focusing on compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and culture.
