John Iannucci has a strong background in the restaurant industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. John most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at BurgerFi and previously held the same role at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza and Birdcall. Prior to these roles, John served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations at Shari's Management Corporation. John also has experience as a Regional Vice President at Logan's Roadhouse, Director of Operations at Alicart and Max Brenner, and General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory. John is actively involved in the industry, serving as a Treasurer at the Nevada Restaurant Association and as an Advisory Council Member at Winsight, LLC.
