Kittine Moreno has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant II at T-Mobile. Kittine then moved on to roles at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., where they were a Director of Independent Business Communications and later became a Senior Manager of Human Resources. In 2015, they founded Insights HR Consulting, where they worked as an independent HR Consultant offering services to small businesses. Kittine also provided professional development and coaching services to individuals and began working in the legal field as an Expert Witness. Kittine then held positions at the Clevelander Hotel and Performance Hospitality as a Director of Culture, Resources & Compliance and a Senior Director of Human Resources, respectively. Their most recent position is as the Director of Human Resources at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza since 2019, and they will soon move on to become the Director of Human Resources at BurgerFi in 2022.
