Anshum Goel

Anshum Goel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Anshum started their career in 2004 as a Test Engineer at Infosys Limited and worked there until 2006. Anshum then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch (ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank NA) as a Test Analyst, where they led a team of 4-8 members and was responsible for various testing activities. In 2007, they returned to Infosys Limited as a Test Lead, overseeing a team of 12 members and managing operational activities for the testing team.

In 2008, Anshum joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Test Manager, handling integration projects for Equity Derivative desks and resolving conflicts between different teams. Anshum later became a Project Manager, leading integration projects and managing the delivery of IT projects. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager, responsible for IT delivery.

In 2015, Anshum joined NN Investment Partners as a Project and Change Manager, where they played a vital role in transitioning IT delivery teams to AGILE (Scrum) methodology. Anshum also worked as a Manager (IT Solutions Delivery) for Front office & Compliance functions, aligning with stakeholders globally and overseeing the delivery of changes in Sprints.

Anshum currently works at Anthos Fund & Asset Management, where they hold the position of Head of Data & Technology since May 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Change Manager, responsible for managing organizational changes and implementing new initiatives.

Throughout their career, Anshum has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in project and change management, and a solid understanding of IT solutions delivery.

Anshum Goel's education history is as follows:

Anshum Goel attended INSEAD from 2019 to 2021, where they completed the program "Leading in a Transforming World" with a focus on strategy, innovation, and leadership. During this time, they also obtained additional certifications in "Developing Emerging Leaders," "INSEAD - Leading in a Transforming World," and "Innovation in the Age of Disruption" from INSEAD.

In 2020, Anshum Goel attended ISHA Leadership Academy and completed the "Inner Engineering" program, specializing in organizational leadership.

Prior to these programs, Anshum Goel pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, from 2001 to 2004.

In 1999 and 2000, Anshum Goel completed their Higher Secondary education from Mohindra College Patiala, Punjab, with a focus on the non-medical stream, including physics, chemistry, and mathematics.

Anshum Goel's early education took place at DAV Public School, where they completed their Senior Secondary education.

Apart from their formal education, Anshum Goel has obtained various additional certifications. These certifications include "Learning Data Governance" from LinkedIn in 2020, "Strategy in Age of Digital Disruption" from INSEAD in 2020, "A2 Inburgering" from Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO) in 2018, "CFA Institute Investments Foundation Program" from CFA Institute in 2016, "Prince2 Foundation" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014, and "NCFM - Securities Market (Basic) Module" from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in 2009.
