Peyman Sirous

Peyman Sirous is a seasoned manufacturing engineer specializing in battery technology, currently serving as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer at Anthro since February 2024, leading the design and procurement of a battery cell manufacturing line. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Process Engineer at Our Next Energy (ONE), focusing on cell design and electrode formulation for improved energy density and cycle life in batteries, achieving significant advancements for electric vehicles. Previous positions also include NPI Manufacturing Product Engineer at Sakuu, where Peyman facilitated the transition of lithium metal technology, and Process Engineer at Dyson, which involved developing fabrication methods for solid-state batteries. Early career experiences include graduate research at Arizona State University and teaching assistant roles at the University of Tehran, underscoring a strong foundation in materials sciences with both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in the field.
