Hidetoshi Tojo

Hidetoshi Tojo currently serves as the Head of Japan at Anthropic, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Hidetoshi was the RVP and Japan Country Manager at Snowflake from September 2019 to August 2025, where responsibilities included establishing the company's Japan operations from inception and driving significant growth in revenue, customer acquisition, and partner ecosystem expansion. Hidetoshi's professional background includes sales and marketing positions at Google from March 2016 to August 2019, and extensive sales experience at Microsoft from June 1999 to February 2016, as well as at JustSystems from January 1996 to January 1999. Hidetoshi holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Technology Management from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Chuo University.
