Jo Zhu Kennedy

Jo Zhu Kennedy currently serves as the Lead for Startup Partnerships & Growth at Anthropic, focusing on helping founders scale using the Claude platform. Previously held a Partner position at Andreessen Horowitz, investing in early-stage infrastructure, development tools, and AI technologies. Jo co-founded Stryve, which aimed to replace phone screens with AI short-form video during the Winter 2020 Y Combinator cohort. Prior experience includes significant roles at DoorDash, leading product management for new verticals and the API platform, achieving substantial growth in annual deliveries. Notably, Jo's career began at Uber, where product management focused on driver pricing and marketplace operations. Jo holds an MBA and an MEd from Stanford University, an Honours Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia, and participated in an academic exchange at Tsinghua University.
