Nikhil Saxena

Nikhil Saxena is an experienced engineering leader in the fields of trust, safety, and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Trust and Safety Engineering at Anthropic, Nikhil has previously held significant roles at Stripe, including Head of Risk Engineering and Head of Engineering, Risk Intelligence. Nikhil's career includes a progression of engineering positions at Yelp, culminating in the role of Senior Engineering Manager for Trust and Safety ML, as well as earlier positions focused on Spam/Abuse Detection and general software engineering. Nikhil began the professional journey as a Software Engineer and Researcher at Duke University and gained practical experience as a Research Engineering Intern at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography.
