Peter Hanley

Peter Hanley is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development. Currently, as a Member of Technical Staff (Manager) at Anthropic, Peter focuses on building product platform capabilities for Claude since March 2024. Previously, Peter served as Head of Engineering for Patient Experience at NexHealth, overseeing a team dedicated to creating a leading patient experience platform. At Nearside, acquired by Plastiq, Peter held the position of VP of Product Engineering, where Peter managed core banking products and led a significant team expansion. Earlier experience includes directing software engineering for the Portfolio Intelligence function at BlackRock's Aladdin Wealth. Peter's educational background includes a BSc in Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, and Technology Management from University College Cork, along with a Graduate Diploma in Software Development from the Higher Education and Training Awards Council in Ireland.
