Max Grossman

Max Grossman is a highly experienced professional in the field of computer science, currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic since October 2024. Prior to this role, Max held significant positions at Cruise, where responsibilities included founding the AV Performance organization and maturing the Performance Architecture team as a Senior Engineering Manager and Staff Tech Lead Manager. Max's technical background is complemented by roles as a Research Scientist at both the University of Notre Dame and Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on environmental health and machine learning, respectively. Additionally, as a Partner and Principal Consultant at 7pod Technologies, Max provided expertise in technology strategy and AI/ML R&D. Max earned a PhD, MS, and BS in Computer Science from Rice University.
