Tytiana Horton currently serves as a Technical Sourcer at Anthropic, having held various human resources and recruiting roles across multiple organizations. Tytiana's experience with the Georgia Army National Guard includes positions as Human Resources Administrator and Logistics Officer, demonstrating strong leadership and inventory management skills. Previous roles at OpenAI, Square, VMware, and TEKsystems focused on recruiting technical talent, with notable achievements in building diverse candidate pipelines and exceeding hiring goals.
