Deb Leipzig

Deb Leipzig is Vice President of Leadership, Deb Leipzig provides strategic direction and oversight of ADL’s governance structure and its national volunteer engagement bodies.

Deb joined ADL in 2018 having most recently run her own strategic development and philanthropic consulting practice with clients including OneTable, UpStart, and BlueStar Indexes. Deb also served as the Senior Director of the General Assembly for JFNA; VP, of Development for JDub Music, and Director of Development for Reboot, an organization dedicated to reinventing Jewish tradition and ritual for a new generation. She began her career at Twentieth Century Fox and MTV Networks.

Deb holds a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park.
