Kim Gacso

Kim Gacso is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Leadership & Organizational Development at Availity since April 2024, Kim is also the Founder and Leadership & Teams Coach at Shine LLC, which focuses on a holistic approach to leadership grounded in neuroscience. Prior experience includes Head of Talent Development at Lyra Health, where responsibilities encompassed HR business partners and talent strategies, and VP of Leadership & Organizational Development at Medidata Solutions, leading global talent management and diversity initiatives. Earlier roles include Executive Director positions at Boehringer Ingelheim and Barnes Group Inc., along with managerial positions at GE Capital and Hoya Lens of America. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Human Performance from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fairfield University.
