Gabrielle Savage

Gabrielle Savage is Senior Vice President, Operations, Gabrielle Savage oversees ADL’s field presence across ADL’s geographic divisions and network of regional offices. In addition to promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven success, she is responsible for operationalizing ADL’s partnerships in the field.

Gabi joined ADL in 2022, after a career in the corporate sector. At Nike, most recently, she was Senior Director of the West and Southwest Territory where she led a team of ten directors, more than 6,000 employees, and over $1 billion in business with a focus on rapid talent development and engagement and operational excellence. Prior to her tenure at Nike, Gabi was an executive at Target for over 14 years holding a variety of roles.

Gabi has a BA in Communications as well as a project management certification from Regis University in Denver. She is also a certified coach from The NeuroLeadership Institute, which specializes in brain based coaching methods.
