Yadin Kaufmann

Yadin made Aliyah in 1985 and is a long-time venture capitalist in Israel. He also founded Tamura, a leading non-profit organization in the Israeli high-tech sector.

Since 2008, Yadin has been working to help create a Palestinian start-up ecosystem. He co-founded Sadara Ventures, the first fund targeting investments in Palestinian technology companies. He also founded the Palestinian Internship Program, a non-profit organization that arranges internships for Palestinian university graduates at companies in Israel.

Yadin received his B.A. from Princeton, M.A. from Harvard, and J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. His article “Start-Up Palestine: How to Spark a West Bank Tech Boom” was published in Foreign Affairs (July-Aug. 2017). Foreign Policy named Yadin to its list of “Leading Global Thinkers” in 2017.
