Jose Norrington

Jose Norrington is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in development and security. Currently serving as a Senior Development Associate and Development Coordinator at the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) since September 2021, Jose also works as a Development Consultant for NexaStepz, LLC, helping nonprofits cultivate their philanthropic vision. Additional roles include serving as a Private Security Officer for Innovative Advantage Security and a Photographer for SHUTT3RWERKS, along with prior experience as a Front Desk Office Intern at ARC and a Welder for the State of California and BIG. Jose managed operations at Point 500 from 2001 to 2005 and has a robust education in creative writing and Microsoft applications.
