Mihaela Murariu

Mihaela Murariu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in management and consultancy. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Antibiotice since September 2022 and as a Managing Partner at AUTENTIC HR CONSULT since August 2020, Mihaela previously held positions such as Head of Human Resources at Antibiotice and HR Manager at Tester Grup and TRW Airbag Systems SRL. Mihaela started a career in HR at Delphi Diesel Systems Romania, progressing through roles including HR Business Unit Manager and Recruiting Coordinator. The career began at Lugera & Makler as a Branch Manager and Human Capital Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Education Sciences from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
