Andrew Baron is the Director of Operations and Head of Research and Development at Antibody Analytics. With a background in various scientific roles at BioOutsource, Roche, and Covance, Andrew specializes in simplifying biosimilar ADCC testing through innovative approaches. Their extensive experience includes managing complex studies, overseeing compliance with regulations, and developing assays for biological drugs. Andrew holds a PhD in Neuroscience, an MRes in Medical and Molecular Biosciences, and a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology from Newcastle University.
