Charissa Ricker

Charissa Ricker has extensive experience in member development and retail operations, currently serving as Manager of Member Development at OMNIA Partners since March 2021, with a progression through roles from Member Development Manager to Senior Member Development Manager. Prior to this, Charissa held the position of Director of Retail Operations at Project 615 and served as Sales Floor Leader at francesca's® from February 2018 to September 2019. Charissa also gained experience as a Field Development Intern at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC. Charissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and New Media from Lipscomb University, graduating in 2019.
