Jordan Kolpas

Jordan Kolpas is an experienced professional in sustainability and investment, currently serving as Investment Director - Sustainability at Antin Infrastructure Partners since January 2025. Previously, Jordan held the position of Director at Generate from October 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of the company's sustainability strategy and advising the Board of Directors on climate risk management and regulatory disclosure. Prior experience at EY as a Manager from July 2017 to October 2022 involved partnering with clients on Energy Transition initiatives, focusing on technology assessments, sustainability strategy, decarbonization, and climate risk analysis. Jordan also worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting global public sector organizations on energy resiliency and efficiency from August 2015 to July 2017, and briefly contributed to development and construction sustainability at Jamestown Properties. Jordan holds two Bachelor's degrees from Emory University in Biology and Environmental Science.
