Bill Palmer is an experienced clergyman with a diverse background in ministry and chaplaincy. Currently serving as a chaplain at the West Point Police Department since July 2024, Bill has come out of retirement, focusing on office-based responsibilities. Prior to this role, Bill was the Minister at Antioch Christian Church starting November 2023 and held various chaplain positions with the West Point Volunteer Fire Department and the West Point Police Department from March 2022 until retirement. Bill's extensive career includes serving as a minister in several churches, including Good Shepherd Christian Church and West Point Christian Church, and leadership as Interim Executive Director at the Parent-Child Development Corporation. Bill's educational background includes a Master's degree in Education and Theological Studies from Union Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry from Lincoln Christian University.
