Andrew Rinaldi

Andrew Rinaldi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Antler Homes PLC since June 2018, Rinaldi previously held the role of Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Taylor Wimpey plc from May 2010 to January 2018, where responsibilities encompassed corporate strategy, M&A, and various director roles across subsidiary companies. Prior experience includes a decade at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Director in Mergers and Acquisitions, and a Senior Manager position at Deloitte focusing on M&A. Rinaldi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from The University of Western Australia.
