Malcolm-Wiley Floyd is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in founding and managing companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Stairs Financial since January 2021, Floyd also holds the position of Visiting Partner at Antler, beginning in February 2025, after previously being a Founder in Residence there from September 2019 to December 2020. Floyd's background includes co-founding and leading Swayed Technologies, Inc., as well as roles in business management and development at B12 and Catalant, alongside analytical experience at McKinsey & Company. Floyd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University, completed in 2012.
