Eli Brown

Eli Brown is an experienced technology leader and investor currently serving as a Visiting Partner at Y Combinator and an Angel Investor since September 2022. Notable recent investments include Suno AI, Inversion Space, and Pump. Previously, Eli held key roles at Roblox, including Head of Communities and Head of Guilded, where significant contributions were made to the development of communication platforms and the successful integration of an acquired company. Eli founded and led Guilded, achieving a $100M acquisition by Roblox after building a substantial team and product used by millions. Early career experiences include software engineering positions at Instagram, Facebook, Microsoft, and co-founding MINT Games, along with an internship at Boeing. Eli holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Engineering from Washington State University and participated in Y Combinator as a founder in 2017.
