Ola Magnus Hersvik

Ola Magnus Hersvik is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the energy, sustainability, and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Alva, Ola aims to transform energy management and consumption. Additional roles include Founder in Residence at Antler, Board Member at Fishency Innovation AS, and advisory positions at Link Venture Capital and Austavind AS, focusing on investments in cleantech and renewable energy. Formerly, Ola led sustainability efforts at Avito AS, where a data and sustainability team was established, and served as a consultant at Deloitte, specializing in the green shift. Previous experience includes financial oversight at Independent Oil Tools AS, presidency of The Young Conservatives, and CEO of the startup Boozter. Ola holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor’s degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
