Stephan Gans is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in insights, analytics, and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the SVP, Chief Insights and Analytics Officer at PepsiCo since June 2017 and a Venture Partner at Antler since September 2021, Gans has previously held significant roles including Chief Strategy Officer for North America and Global Practice Leader at Interbrand, and Owner and CEO of EffectiveBrands. Gans also contributed as a Non-Executive Board Member at Kepler Group and held various marketing and strategy positions during a lengthy tenure at Unilever. Gans holds a Master's degree in Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam and completed education at Omnicom University - Babson College.
