Gisella Guillen Fernandez

Gisella Guillen Fernandez has a diverse background in supply chain and logistics. Gisella is currently the Head of Supply Planning and Logistics at Antofagasta Minerals since February 2021. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Supply Chain Council Chile starting in December 2019. From June 2019 to February 2021, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager - Chile at Nestlé Purina North America. Before that, they held the position of Global Procurement Sr. Buyer at PepsiCo from October 2018 to May 2019. From July 2012 to July 2018, they were an Associate Manager Transportation & Logistics, Product Supply at SC Johnson. Gisella has also worked at Colgate Palmolive, where they held various roles including Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Head, and Regional Buyer- Procurement from 2007 to 2012. Gisella started their career at DuPont as a Supply Chain Representative from 2003 to 2007.

Gisella Guillen Fernandez's education history includes obtaining a Magister en Ingenieria Industrial degree in the field of MII from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana from 1999 to 2004. There, they earned a degree in Ingeniero en Comercio Internacional and a Licenciada en Comercio Internacional.
