Jenny Dannstedt is an accomplished service design expert with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Service Design at Antrop since June 2016, Jenny has excelled as a senior service designer and design coach, facilitating design and innovation processes while educating others in service design and leadership. Prior experience includes a role as a Service Designer at Doberman, focusing on user experience across multiple channels, and running their own business as an Interaction Designer at Worldtech Sverige, where Jenny engaged in user research and design processes for notable clients. Previous positions also include Interaction Designer roles at Creuna and Askus, as well as Technical Project Manager at Dagens Nyheter, where Jenny led the development of their website. Jenny holds Bachelor's degrees in Multimedia and Pedagogy from Stockholm University.
