Daniel Sumberaz has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and human resources. Daniel started their career in 2018 with an internship at Volvo Cars and later worked as an HR assistant at the same company. Daniel then joined HR Biten AB as an administrative HR assistant, where they were responsible for digitalizing information into Microsoft Excel for Orkla Confectionery & Snacks. In 2018, Daniel also worked as a student ambassador for Civilekonomerna, representing the organization to students in Kalmar. Daniel then transitioned to a role as a talent acquisition consultant at Sector Alarm, where they were responsible for matching candidates to specific job profiles. In 2021, they joined Ants Tech Recruiters as a talent acquisition consultant, specializing in tech recruitment and agile HR. Daniel later took on the role of learning and development, focusing on knowledge sharing and education within the company. Currently, Daniel is working as a talent acquisition consultant at Mimbly, providing expertise in talent acquisition.
From 2016 to 2019, Daniel Sumberaz attended Linnaeus University, where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) degree in Human Resource Management.
