Samuel Fredriksson

Samuel Fredriksson has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Ants - Tech Recruiters, where they were responsible for recruiting developers for leading tech companies. In 2016, they were promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition at the same company, where they further developed methods, processes, and business strategies. Samuel also coached TA consultants and managers. In January 2019, they became Vice CEO at Ants - Tech Recruiters.

In 2022, Samuel joined Resurs as a TA Manager (consultant). Samuel also became the Executive Recruitment Manager at Ants Executive Search in the same year. Additionally, in 2010, they briefly worked at Proffice as a Kandidatansvarig.

Samuel Fredriksson obtained their Bachelor's degree, Kandidatexamen, in Beteendevetenskap from Mid Sweden University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
