Lauren Dwyer, MBA, CAE, AMA-CPM™, currently serves as Vice President of Executive Education & CEO Programs at the American Bankers Association, where responsibilities include senior-level project management and oversight of professional development training events for bank executives and CEOs. Dwyer has extensive experience in the field, having previously held multiple leadership roles at the National Multi Housing Council, including Vice President and Senior Director of Professional Development, as well as Director of Technology and Industry Initiatives. Prior positions include Membership Manager at the International Sign Association, Marketing Associate at America's Community Bankers, and Human Resources Assistant at the Society of the Plastics Industry. Dwyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University, an MBA and a Master of International Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and is currently pursuing additional certificates from Wharton Online.
