Nick Holder

Nick Holder has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Nick is currently employed at BGF as an Investor since July 2021. In 2022, they also took on the role of Non Executive Director at Antser, a company focused on changing behaviors and outcomes in the sector of human feelings, vulnerabilities, and data protection. Previously, Nick worked as an NXD (Non-Executive Director) at TitanHQ - Leading Cloud Security Vendor from June to December 2020. From 2011 to 2020, they held the position of Director at Livingbridge, where they were responsible for equity investments in high growth services organizations. During their tenure at Livingbridge, they held several board seats, including Armstrong Craven, Mobysoft Ltd, and others. Before joining Livingbridge, Nick worked at Clearwater Corporate Finance as a Corporate Finance Director from 2004 to 2011 and at PwC as a Corporate Finance Manager from 1994 to 2004. Overall, Nick Holder has extensive experience in investment, non-executive directorship, equity investments, and corporate finance.
